W. James Wood

W. James Wood has been involved in theatre for over 15 years. Five of those years have been spent directing in the Sioux Falls area. Jim has served as the Artistic Director for Olde Towne for the past four seasons. Jim earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of South Dakota in Vermillion, and his Master of Fine Arts degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato. After completing his MFA, Jim worked professionally in Minneapolis. Jim's directing has received national recognition from the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. Jim also works as an Assistant Professor of Theatre at the University of Sioux Falls.
